Earlier, revealing the reason, she stated that her parents supported her work in commercials but were hesitant about working in films due to the required time commitment. They allowed to work her in Hera Pheri as it was filmed during summer vacation. Well, after that they decided to step away from acting, a decision she still respects.
Well, after stepping away from acting, Ann Alexia Anra shifted her focus to academics. She pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in France after receiving a French government scholarship. After returning to India, she began her professional journey. First, she worked at an advertising agency and later moved to a software company. She carved out a successful career as a social media and digital marketing expert.
Though she had a successful stint as a child actor, she considers herself an ex-actress and has no plans to make a comeback. Even though she occasionally takes up offers of commercials, according to her, she was more suited to acting as a child. Ann also expressed that coming back to the film industry would require more effort than she is willing to put in now.
