Ranveer Singh has teamed up with famous internet personality and adult film actor Johnny Sins for a new commercial advertisement for a men's health brand. The duo will be seen promoting sexual health in a very desi way. The commercial ad is a comical parody of a typical Indian TV drama. 

Written by Tanmay Bhat, Devaiah Bopanna, and the team, the ad is directed by Ayappa KM. It is a RIP-off of a typical Indian daily soap that involves a joint family quarrel. The entire cast is seen in Indian traditional attire including Ranveer and Johnny.

Ranveer plays the role of Johnny's elder brother in the ad. While Johnny is seen wearing a blue kurta with a golden jacket, Ranveer is seen donning a maroon kurta and sporting long hair. 

The ad starts with Ranveer asking his younger brother Johnny's wife why she's leaving the house. A huge drama takes place among the family members in which Johnny’s wife complaints about her husband. The family members also react furiously to such a bold statement. 

Later, Johnny's wife decides to stay back after Johnny's virility (sexual health) improves with the help of a capsule. 

The advertisement seems to be hilarious and seeing Johnny in it was out of the blue.

Speaking about the brand, Ranveer Singh said, “I’m here with sincere intent to use my influence for raising awareness and making a positive impact. The campaign is more than talk; it’s a mission that I am deeply connected to. I’m here to bring a change in how we address men’s sexual health. Aiming for tangible solutions and millions of lives impacted all across the country.”

Indeed, the campaign marks a pivotal moment in the history of Indian brands, talking to men who have suffered from sexual health concerns in silence. With this campaign, the brand aims to normalise the conversation around men’s sexual health. With such an approach, the brand aims to change how society discusses men’s sexual health issues. The advertisement also highlights that these issues are very common but at the same time, very easy to solve.

However, Johnny's collaboration with Ranveer in the Indian commercial ad has left netizens in splits. 

Reacting to the video, actor Arjun Kapoor wrote, "Baba u are bold and beautiful for doing this…."


Another user wrote, "World was prepared for #Deadpool3 trailer… JOHNNY SINS in INDIAN COMMERCIAL with RANVEER SINGH came out of syllabus." (sic)

Meanwhile, several other users also lauded the Cirkus actor for such a move. 

A user wrote, "Hahahahahaha... this is a brilliant way to use a celebrity in an ad. Not only does not use Ranveer Singh (and Johnny Sins - 'Google' him!) in a totally unexpected (and hilarious) way using the much-derided Indian TV series trope, but it also makes the product category far more accessible to a wider set of people beyond it being used in hushed tones!” (sic)
