Both the actors have agreed to be a part of this film and have tentatively blocked their calenders from the mid-next year for Ramayana," Bollywood Hungama quoted a close source as saying.

However, the source added, "The paperwork still remains and the same is expected to be done once Nitesh Tiwari gives a final narration of his Ramayana. It will be high on VFX, staying true to the roots of Ramayana."

If all goes as planned, the team will go to the floors by June 2023.

On the work front, Hrithik is currently gearing up for the release of Vikram Vedha and is also prepping up for Fighter opposite Deepika Padukone.
