Rajkumar Hirani and Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki has crossed the 400 crore mark worldwide and is a big hit. Similarly, Vikrant Massey who is already a huge star on OTT delivered his first blockbuster 12th Fail in 2023. According to reports, Hirani has roped in Massey for his OTT debut project.
Opening about the same, the 3 Idiots director said that he is thrilled to venture into the OTT streaming space. The 61-year-old filmmaker said, “I’m doing an OTT show, which we actually start shooting this month. I’m a showrunner for that, I’m not directing it. It’s a show for Hotstar (Disney+ Hotstar) and Vikrant Massey is playing a role in it.”

Rajkumar Hirani is known for making some incredible slice-of-life movies and even today’s leading directors like SS Rajamouli are his big fans. But there is one complaint from his fans that he takes a lot of time to make a movie. But they are happy that he is immediately coming out with his next project after Dunki.
Throwing light on the same, the PK director said that during the Corona lockdown, they got a lot of time to go through different scripts and work on them and now he is already working on different scripts. On his OTT debut, Raju Hirani added, “It’s something I’m very happy about with the script and the way it has panned out. On this show, I’m really involved and it’s in my own space.”
Karan Johar-Shah Rukh Khan is all set to reunite
The pair of Karan Johar and Shah Rukh Khan has given some of the biggest hits in Bollywood. But most of the stories have been romantic dramas and now it seems the Dharma boss is keen to make one action movie. And that is what he has proposed to SRK who turned a new leaf as an action hero after delivering two action-packed blockbusters Pathaan and Jawan.
But now SRK wants to try a different genre and is also not so keen on doing experimental projects after Dunki. So the duo are yet to crack the right script and storyline but Bollywood Hungama has reported that the talks for a project are definitely on between Karan Johar and Shah Rukh Khan.
