Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna's 'Pushpa: The Rise' release towards the end of 2021 emerged as a game changer for Tollywood's Icon Star. While the first installment of the franchise received a shout-out from all, fans are eagerly waiting for the sequel, 'Pushpa: The Rule'.

Currently, pre-production work for 'Pushpa: The Rule' is in full swing as the team is prepping for the film's official launch soon.

Earlier, several reports claimed that the makers were forced to change some parts of the script to make it more appealing at a pan-India level. It is believed that the roaring success of RRR and KGF 2 made the makers opt for the change which delayed the schedule of shooting. If buzz are to go by, soon, the entire team will be going to the floors for shooting. It is claimed that the budget estimated for the sequel is Rs 350 crore while the first part was made at a budget of Rs 170–200 crore.

However, now reports suggest that Allu Arjun has taken a break just ahead of the preparations. This is his second holiday trip in a small gap as recently he had just returned from a long vacation with his family in Africa.

The 'Arya' actor was sighted at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport on Thursday morning.

According to sources, the 'Pushpa' actor will visit the United States for a few days. While further details about his journey are unknown, it is expected that he will return to Hyderabad soon, as the 'Pushpa' crew is going to launch the franchise's second installment through an official ceremony.

After returning from his trip, he will join the cast of Pushpa 2.

Allu Arjun will continue his character as a sandalwood smuggler in the sequel to the crime drama. It is expected that the sequel will display Pushparaju's most ferocious side.

Meanwhile, rumours are doing rounds that Vijay Sethupathi has been roped in for the sequel in which he will step into the shoes of a higher police official and join hands with Fahadh Faasil to bring down the reign of Pushpa. However, there is no official confirmation backing the rumours. Everyone needs to wait for an official confirmation from the makers.
