The producers have claimed that the Nag Ashwin directorial has crossed the 1000 crore mark worldwide proving once again that the Rebel star has a huge fan following both in India and abroad.
While all the stars including Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan had some interaction with the media or shared their experiences through posts and podcasts, Prabhas has been way away from the limelight for the last few days. His fans have been waiting for a strong reaction from the Baahubali actor. Finally, it did come in the form of an elaborate video message that shows the superstar offering his gratitude to his millions of fans.
In this video, Prabhas can be heard saying, “My fans, thank you so much for giving me such a huge hit. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much. Without you, I’m zero. Thanks to Nag Ashwin. He really really worked hard for 5 years to make such a huge film. I think we should thank the producers.”
Prabhas also thanked the producers and the legends like Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan. He even revealed that the way the producers were spending it got him worried. In his message, Darling said, “The way they spent we all got worried and I used to ask like Sir you are spending too much. You need to.. but he said no no no we are giving a big hit so we should do a quality film. And Swapna and Priyanka. So I want to thank these producers and Nagi for giving me an opportunity to work with the greatest legends in Indian cinema. We have Amitabh Sir and Kamal Sir, we all grew up watching them. We learned a lot from you. Thanks a lot to Deepika, the most gorgeous lady.”
He also added, “And we have bigger part 2. We all know and again thanks all of you and love you so much.” Even Nag Ashwin in his earlier interviews has said that the sequel of Kalki 2898 AD is going to be much bigger than the first movie with Ashwatthama and Bhairava aka Karna fighting as a team with Yaskin to protect Kalki.
