A new controversy has erupted over the recently released Lal Singh Chaddha as ex-cricketer Monty Panesar called the movie disgrace to Indian Armed Forces and the Sikhs.
The former English cricketer took to Twitter to express his disappointment over the portrayal of the Indian Army and the Sikhs and even jumped into the movement to boycott the Aamir Khan-starrer.
"Forrest Gump fits in the US Army because the US was recruiting low IQ men to meet requirements for the Vietnam War. This movie is total disgrace to India Armed Forces Indian Army and Sikhs !!Disrespectful. Disgraceful. #BoycottLalSinghChadda," he tweeted.
