Kota Factory star Mayur More
Kota Factory has built a strong emotional bond with students and young adults navigating the pressure-cooker environment of IIT coaching. After the third season dropped on June 20 last year, fans have eagerly awaited updates.
Now, actor Mayur More (Vaibhav Pandey) has confirmed that Kota Factory Season 4 is indeed in the works.
Speaking to OTTPlay, More said, “Yes, the season is confirmed, but release kab hoga yeh mujhe bhi nahi pata. Makers ko pooch (I don’t know when it will release. You’ll have to ask the makers).” While the green light has been given, an official release date hasn’t been announced. Reports suggest Season 4 could arrive sometime in early 2026.
Mayur More also shared how much he personally resonated with Vaibhav’s struggles in Season 3. “That was exactly how I was feeling in life at the time (like a failure). There were a lot of things happening in my personal and professional life, so I related to everything Vaibhav went through,” he said.
Season 3 ended on a heavy note. Vaibhav fails to clear the JEE Advanced cutoff, unlike his friends. Just when he’s on the verge of giving up, Jeetu Bhaiya encourages him to continue, leading him to join the repeaters batch at Aimers. Meanwhile, Jeetu Bhaiya leaves Kota to work with the Rajasthan Ministry of Education.
Season 4 is expected to explore the challenges of Vaibhav’s repeater year, his mental and emotional journey, and whether he can bounce back from failure. Jeetu Bhaiya’s new role outside Kota may also reveal how he continues to influence students from a different position. The next season could dive deeper into friendships, resilience, and the long-term effects of academic pressure.
