Konkona Sensharma, Amol Parashar trigger dating rumours with public appearance

Konkona Sensharma and Amol Parashar sparked dating rumours recently when they made their first public appearance together. The rumoured pair was spotted together at the screening of Gram Chikitsalay a couple of days ago. Apart from warmly greeting each other they hugged and even posed for the camera together giving their brightest smiles.

For the unversed, Gram Chikitsalay is a Prime Video release headlined by Amol Parashar and Vinay Pathak. It has been under the limelight as Deepak Kumar Sharma, who created the famous OTT series Panchayat has also created Gram Chikitsalay.

Konkona looked impressive in grey pantsuit with matching accessories including a black clutch. Amol on the other hand stood out in pinstriped blue suit. Both Konkona and Amol looked happy as they posed for the paparazzi.

Although it is the first time that the Wake Up Sid actress has been seen publicly with Amol Parashar the rumours about the two dating have been around for some time now. What’s more, they were confirmed by none other than Konkona’s ex-husband Ranvir Shorey indirectly while replying to a tweet on X. When a social media user commented on X, “Konkana Sen Sharma took the best decision to leave Ranvir Shorey and date Secular Amol Parashar” the Angrezi Medium actor succinctly responded, “I agree,” thus almost confirming the dating rumours.

Konkona and Amol for the first time collaborated for the movie Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare released in 2020. While the movie also had Bhumi Pednekar and Vikrant Massey, fans loved the onscreen chemistry between Konkona and Amol. And it is rumoured that the two started dating around the same time.

Konkona Sensharma was earlier married to Ranvir Shorey and the two share a son. The couple separated in 2015 and completed divorce proceedings in 2020.
