KGF Chapter 2: Waiting Over, Countdown Begins, Says Andrews

Kannada origin movie KGF Chapter 2, directed by Prashanth Neel is set to hit the theatres on April 14. As the day is inching closer, anticipation among movie lovers and KGF fans is skyrocketing. 

The recent post from Hombale Films fuelled the buzz that the makers have planned for something big. The KGF team including helmer Prashanth and Rocking Star Yash visited Kollur Shree Mookambika and Anegudde Shree Vinayaka temples to seek divine blessings. While fans were eagerly waiting for an update from the makers, the caption for the post raised the excitement. 

"Prelude to the incoming blaze. Exciting times ahead. To the world, Wait is about to end! #KGF2onApr14", the caption read. 

As per the latest buzz in the industry, the makers might soon drop the introductory song of Adheera portrayed by Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt. It is also speculated that the makers will either drop the item song 'Mehbooba, Tu meri Mehbooba' which is most likely to feature Nora Fatehi with Yash or at least make the official announcement regarding the song.

While many KGF lovers and fans of Yash are highly expecting KGF Chapter 2 official trailer, actor B. S. Avinash, who portrayed the character of Andrews in the KGF franchise, has fuelled up the expectations among many. 

On February 2, Avinash aka Andrews shared a post on Twitter in which he is seen seeking blessings of Sri Kala Bhairava in Kashi. "Sought the blessings of Sri KalaBhairava in Kashi. Something I’ll cherish for a lifetime," his post read.

Moreover, the post also read, "As the wait is coming to an end, the countdown for the global phenomenon begins."

Well, Andrews might have indicated about the release of KGF Chapter 2, but, fans anticipating official updates are looking forward to the official trailer or introductory song or the item number.

It was not just Rocky Bhai aka Yash, Srinidhi Shetty, Ramachandra Raju aka Garuda or the helmer, who rose to fame overnight grabbing the eyeballs of movie lovers pan India! Several other characters garnered much appreciation for nailing their portrayals in the flick that turned it into a cult movie. Avinash aka Andrews was one such actor in the movie. 

Recently, the release date was announced for highly anticipated movies like Radhe Shyam starring Prabhas and Pooja Hegde, RRR starring Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt. Though many were initially expecting clashes between RRR, KGF and Radhe Shyam, everyone averted it clearing the way for good box office collections for their respective movies.

While the release date for Radhe Shyam has been locked on March 11, RRR will hit the theatres on March 25.
