Rise Roar Revolt-RRR movie release date has been finally locked by the makers.

The makers have locked March 25 for the release of the most anticipated movie, starring Young Tiger Jr NTR, Mega Power Star Ram Charan and Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt.

The makers on their verified Twitter handle shared the announcement on Monday.

South film industry's ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli’s action-packed movie RRR is one among the highly anticipated movies that fans are waiting for eagerly.

Movie lovers were left in splits after the makers, earlier on January 21, made a confusing announcement regarding the release date wherein they mentioned, "If the pandemic situation in the county gets better and all theatres open up to operate at full capacity, we are ready to release the film on 18th March 2022. Otherwise, RRR movie will release on 28th April 2022.”

As per the current scenario, the country is witnessing a downtrend in Covid positivity. Though the death rate has soared in the last few days, the overall pandemic situation seems to be normalising.

Considering the developing scenario, it seems the makers locked the release date on March 25 which was earlier speculated to be March 18. In view of the current pandemic situation, it can be assumed that the theatres will be allowed to reopen with full capacity in March as the government is likely to lift the imposed curbs.

While speculations were rife that RRR will clash with the release of Kannada origin movie KGF Chapter 2, starring Rocking Star Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon and Srinidhi Shetty in the lead, today's announcement has put an end to all those buzzes.

The official trailer of RRR dropped a month back elevated the anticipation among many. As expected from the ace director, the movie compiles high-end action, thriller and romance. Moreover, some amazing dance moves by Jr NTR and Ram left everyone amazed.
