Kapil Sharma was yesterday seen walking the ramp for Anu Ranjan’s Beti Show and looked quite dapper in a black jacket and jazzy, black velvet pants with a golden design. The moment he came on the ramp, he put a smile on everyone’s face. The famous comedian could not hold himself from doing a small comic act even on the ramp and just lowered the collar of the jacket in a typical, sultry way making the audience laugh.
Interestingly, while his stint on the ramp was well received, netizens were confused on seeing the viral video clips. Many thought that it was Ranveer Singh or Karan Johar since the flamboyant dressing style was similar to what these two Bollywood celebs are known for. A few even compared The Kapil Sharma Show host with Rishabh Pant and mainly it can be because the change in hairstyle gives him a Pant-like look. From Prabhas to other stars, Kapil’s stint on the ramp triggered comparisons with many other big celebrities.
Apart from Kapil, other celebs also graced the Beti Fashion Show 2022. These included Shabana Azmi, Anushka Ranjan, Aditya Seal, Poonam Dhillon, Shashi Ranjan, Pooja Batra, Gulshan Grover, Anu Malik, Ramesh Taurani, Sussanne Khan with boyfriend Arslan Goni, Akshara Haasan and veteran comedian Satish Shah.
Earlier a day ago, Kapil revealed his dapper look for the upcoming season of The Kapil Sharma Show. Fans were wowed with his transformation as the pictures showed him looking leaner and fitter with a new hairstyle. Reportedly, the new hairstyle is courtesy of Kapil’s wife Ginni Chatrath. It triggered a quick reaction from Bollywood star Ayushmann Khurrana who penned that Kapil simply looked unrecognizable.
The Kapil Sharma Show will soon return to Sony Television for a new season, but dates for the same are not yet confirmed. However, most probably it will start airing from September onwards and replace India’s Laughter Champion which is heading towards the finale.
