Popular comedian Kapil Sharma has landed in a legal trouble once again for allegedly breaching his contract for the tour of North America in 2015.

According to reports, Sai USA Inc has filed a lawsuit against Kapil Sharma for breach of contract.

Reportedly, Kapil was paid for six shows but he performed only five. According to it, the comedian had then assured that he would pay for the loss.

According to the report, Amit Jaitly who leads Sai USA Inc, based out of New Jersey, shared a report on the case on Facebook. "SAI USA INC FILES THE LAWSUIT AGAINST KAPIL SHARMA FOR Breach of contract in 2015," read the post. He said that Kapil had committed to making up for the loss.

"He did not perform and has not responded although we tried several times to get in touch with him before the court," Amit told the Times of India. The case is still pending in a New York court.

Meanwhile, Kapil and his team are in Canada for their show Kapil Sharma Live. They have performed in Vancouver and Toronto. Kapil has been sharing updates from Canada for his fans on Instagram.

On Saturday, he took to Insta to share a hilarious video in which he is flaunting his English-speaking skills.

Sharing the video on Insta, Kapil wrote, "Too much English in #toronto."

In the video, Kapil is seen, "Bro assi ghuman aaye sige (We had come to roam around). Today is Canada Day, so we thought let's go out in open jeep. Let me show you. What happen. It's raining and our jeep is smashed."

The actor-comedian then points to his jeep and Rajiv Thakur, who can be heard in the background, complains that the driver left their jeep open and went to the washroom.

Kapil hilariously corrects Rajiv saying, "Open jeep khuli hondi bro tenu angreji nahi aandi bro (Jeeps are open only, you don't know English brother)."

As soon as Kapil posted the video, it went viral with 5,73,170 likes (at the time of posting this article) while many celebrities also dropped comments on the video.

Prameet Sethi wrote, " Itni angreji bolega toh Canada waale rakh lenge tujhe apne paas. 😂😂😂". Vindu Dara Singh wrote, "🤣🤣🤣🤣 canadian weather is laughing too." Many also dropped Tears of Joy emojis on the post.
