Kangana Ranaut takes dig at Alia Bhatt; appreciates Javed Akhtar’s speech in Pakistan

Alia Bhatt has been awarded the best actress award at the recently held Dadasaheb Phalke Awards for her impressive portrayal of Gangubai Kathiawadi. She received the award at the hands of veteran diva Rekhaji and impressed the audience with her manners as she touched the feet of the yesteryear Bollywood superstar.

Incidentally, this has not gone down well with Kangana Ranaut who took a jibe at the Kalank actress saying that the nepo mafia is at it again snatching awards from deserving actors now that the award season is here. She even shared a list of actors who are the most deserving of the different awards for her.

As per Kangana Ranaut, Rishab Shetty and Mrunal Thakur should get the best actor and actress award for 2022 for their volcanic artistic brilliance and for owning 2022. Her list also includes names of SS Rajamouli, Anupam Kher, and Tabu as the deserving winner in the category of best director, best-supporting actor, and best supporting actress for RRR, The Kashmir Files, and Drishaym and Bhool Bhulaiyaa respectively.

The Queen surprised everyone by praising Javed Akhtar with whom she had a bitter fight when the latter asked her to stop slamming Hrithik Roshan incessantly. Javed saab is currently in Pakistan for the Faiz Festival in Lahore. During the function, the veteran Bollywood writer schooled Pakistanis saying that India held functions for Nustrat Fateh Ali Khan and Mehendi Hasan but Pakistan never called Lata Mangeshkar ever.

He also mentioned the 26/11 terror attack on Mumbai and called out that people who contributed to the incident are still roaming free in Pakistan. Kangana Ranaut, who has always been against Javedji, has welcomed these words from the veteran lyricist saying, “Ghar Mein ghuss ke maara.”
