He also highlighted what he found most enjoyable about his involvement.

For Haasan, the standout aspect was the serene atmosphere on set, a rarity in most productions.

“It is not about the number of cameras or number of crew. It’s the quietness of the set which I enjoyed the most. Because that’s lacking in most sets. The noise should be inside a person and in the theatres but not on the set,” Haasan was quoted as saying by 123Telugu.

He expressed initial scepticism but was won over when Nag Ashwin showcased footage featuring Amitabh Bachchan as Ashwatthama, a role that deeply intrigued Haasan. The veteran actor’s immediate agreement stemmed from his admiration for Ashwin’s ambitious vision.

Haasan’s enthusiasm extended to his own character, Supreme Yaskin, whom he envisioned with a distinctive 'third eye.' This creative input was warmly received by Nag Ashwin, further solidifying Haasan’s excitement for the project.

With Haasan’s portrayal generating buzz and anticipation, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ promises to captivate audiences with its blend of mythology and sci-fi elements.
