Actor-comedian Kapil Sharma is all set to tickle the funny bones of the audience with his new season of 'The Kapil Sharma Show' (TKSS) scheduled to go on air from September 10. However, it seems that the audience will not get a full package of entertainment dose this season.

In a big letdown to TKSS fans and the entire team, after Krushna Abhishek and Bharti Singh, Chandan Prabhakar (Chandu) has confirmed that he won't be a part of the current season.

Chandan was quoted by Pinkvilla as saying, “I will not be a part of this season of The Kapil Sharma Show and there is no specific reason. I just wanted to take a break.” '

Such news certainly has left many of the audience in shock as Chandan shares a close relationship with the host Kapil, for a long time. Moreover, he has played several roles on the show and his comic timing completes the show.

Earlier, reports have confirmed that Krushna Abhishek will not be a part of this season. The actor himself confirmed about his exit from the show over payment disputes with the producers. Moreover, the media was also abuzz that everything was not good between Krushna and Kapil. However, Kapil ended all speculations of a rift between the two after sharing a hilarious video of the duo on September 1.

Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Bharti Singh won't appear on the show 'regularly'. Recently, Bharti was blessed with a baby boy. Apart from the mom's responsibilities, she is quite busy with Sa Re Ga Ma Pa (Li’l Champs 9). So, the actress opted for a short break from TKSS. However, she confirmed that though she won't be able to do the show regularly, she will occasionally be a part of the show.

The news of Chandan's exit from TKSS certainly is a big jolt for all. Though he was a part of the promo, shared by Kapil in Aug, he decided to quit the show abruptly.

After Krushna, Bharti and Chandan's exit, Kapil is left with Kiku Sharda, Sumona Chakravarti and Archana Puran Singh, from his old team. Meanwhile, new entrants in the show include Sidharth Sagar, Gaurav Dubey, Sristi Rodey and Srikant Maski.

Though the TKSS team has planned to compensate for the absence of Krushna, Bharti and now Chandan, fans must be concerned if the new entrants will be able to maintain the level of entertainment on the show. Well, everything will reveal once the show goes on air.
