Mega Bollywood Clash: It’s Singham Again Vs BB3 in Diwali, Stree 2 confirmed to release on August 15 with two other biggies

When Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna’s Pushpa: The Rise was postponed everyone thought that Singham Again would make a clean sweep as both these movies were earlier scheduled to release on August 15. However, things have become rather tougher as other big Bollywood movies have now grabbed the release date after both Pushpa 2 and Singham Again postponed their release dates.

Akshay Kumar ’s Khel Khel Mein was earlier going to be released in September 2024 but now has preponed its release to Independence Day. All eyes of the Akki fans are on this film because Khiladi Kumar is making a comeback in the comedy-drama genre with Khel Khel Mein which is one of his biggest forte. The film also stars Vaani Kapoor, Taapsee Pannu, Fardeen Khan, and Aditya Seal.

Another movie that is all set to release on August 15 is John Abraham’s Vedaa. It will be a hat-trick of mega clashes between Akshay Kumar and John Abraham as previously Gold and Satyamev Jayate were released on the same date in 2018 and Mission Mangal and Batla House were also released on the same date in 2019.

Interestingly both the times movies of Akshay as well as John did well at the box office. And now it will be a clash between Khel Khel Mein and Vedaa. However, this time these two movies will also have to fight with another biggie-Stree 2 led by Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao.

Produced by Dinesh Vijan, the first movie of the franchise has now become a cult classic and fans have been eagerly waiting for its sequel to release for long. So there is a strong possibility that Stree 2 might prove to be a major disruptor in the way of Khel Khel Mein and Vedaa.

Singham Again is to release around Diwali

Bhool Bhulaiyya 3 is all set to release this Diwali. Riding high on the success of BB2, Kartik Aryan will once again return as Rooh Baba and for the first time is paired with the latest heart crush of India- Triptii Dimri. What’s more Vidya Balan who made the first movie a classic with her remarkable portrayal of Manjulika is returning to the franchise. And joining her is veteran Bollywood superstar Madhuri Dixit. Now these dynamics have already created a huge hype around BB3.

And until now there was no other movie to compete with this threequel. But now Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn have announced that Singham Again will release this Diwali. Earlier it was to hit the theaters on August 15 but since the shooting is not complete yet they decided to postpone the release. Ajay Devgn as Bajirao Singham has a huge following and that is why it is certainly going to be a mega battle at the box office both on August 15 and Diwali.
