Neha Kakkar became an integral part of the singing reality show ‘Indian Idol’ but her absence in the last few weeks of the show had led to many speculations. Finally, the O Saki Saki hitmaker has revealed the secret of the replacement on the popular singing show.

Recently, Neha Kakkar along with her brother Tony Kakkar graced The Kapil Sharma Show to promote their new song ‘Kanta Laga’, where the singer spilled the beans about leaving the show and why her sister Sonu Kakkar replaced her on the show.

When host and comedy king Kapil questioned Neha, “During Indian Idol, you appeared as a judge for a few episodes, and Sonu took your place. Does your entire family have a contract with Sony TV?"

Neha replied, “Dekho saara kursi ka khel hai. Kursi chorr ke jaao toh apne hi bande ko chorr ke jaana chaiye (It's all about that chair. When you leave it, you must ensure that someone from your family takes it. Isn't it Archana ma'am)?'

Neha’s quick witty reply left everyone amused on the sets.

Taking a dig on Navjot Singh Sidhu, Archana Puran Singh said, 'Kisi aur ne yeh advice agar pehle le li hoti, toh yeh kursi usne khaali nahi chodi hoti (Had someone taken the advice before, he would have not left the chair empty).

However, Kapil said that as Sidhu is busy with Congress, he wouldn't even want to return to the show now.
