It’s the last Monday of this month and Bollywood is busy showering new updates, releases, and announcements. Rather it is quite surprising that some of the biggest news related to Bollywood are being announced today. First, it was the announcement teaser of Tiger Shroff’s Screw Dheela, and now the fierce first look of Deepika Padukone from Pathaan is out.

The movie also stars Shah Rukh Khan in the lead and John Abraham as the antagonist. It is one of the few movies that YRF has announced to celebrate 50 years of its production house. Deepika looks dashing, bold, and impressive as she holds a gun and looks directly at the camera in the first look for Pathan. The movie will release in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu next year on 25th January and is very important for both SRK and YRF.

Shah Rukh is making a comeback with Pathan after a gap of 5 years after a series of flops forced him to take a break. YRF is also struggling to deliver a big hit after back-to-back flops like Shamshera, Prithviraj, and Jayeshbhai Jordaar.

Alia Bhatt also launched the teaser of her first home production Darlings. Apart from the Gangubai Kathiawadi actress, it also stars Shefali Shah and Vijay Varma and will be directly released on OTT. Promoted as a dark thriller, the movie is about Alia kidnapping her husband with the help of her mom portrayed by Shefali. The actress wore a bright sunny, loose outfit during the trailer launch to hide her baby bump from the shutterbugs.

Sooraj Barjatya-directed Uunchai also got a release date today. The movie starring famous veterans from Bollywood including Amitabh Bachchan, Boman Irani, Anupam Kher, Danny Denzongpa, and Neena Gupta will hit the theaters on 11th November this year. Sooraj Barjatya returns to direction after a gap of 7 years with Uunchai which is a story of four friends.
