Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif and Kangana Ranaut are the three big Bollywood actresses who are currently busy in some mega projects. While Deeps is currently shooting for YRF’s Pathan opposite Shah Rukh Khan, Kats recently started shooting for yet another YRF-bankrolled flick Tiger 3 opposite Salman Khan. On the other hand, Kangana Ranaut’s super transformation from Thalaivi to Dhaakad has been quite inspiring.

Interestingly, all these three movies demand a very strong physique as these actresses are expected to perform some high-octane action or fight sequences. Importantly, the Bajirao Mastani actress is simultaneously shooting with Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan for Nag Ashwin’s tentatively titled Project K. So, it is quite hard work for her. Also, she tested Corona positive some time ago and had a tough time balancing her health and work. Even then, the diva never misses her training session. According to a close source, her session is a blend of Yoga and functional training for which she dedicates 1.5 hours six days a week. She is also on a strict diet as advised by her trainer and nutritionist.

Another actress who is also expected to shoot some high-octane action sequences for the third movie from the Tiger franchise is Katrina Kaif. Reports indicate that India’s Barbie Doll works out like a beast to look the best in action scenes. The shooting is going to be physically challenging for her and hence, Katrina Kaif does everything from stretches to kicks to keep her body prepared for such demanding tasks.

A few days ago Kangana Ranaut shared a glimpse of her body transformation from Thalaivi to Dhaakad and fans could not help but appreciate the Queen for her dedication towards portraying two different roles that are poles apart. The hard training and fitness routine that Kangana had to undergo to shed oodles of weight she added for Thalaivi has been very inspiring.
