BTS Jungkook 'Coming soon to cinemas'! ARMY demands explanation after 'shocking' update
After the cinematic premieres of BTS' J Hope and Suga's solo documentaries, Jungkook is also following their path and is heading to the theatres.
On July 11, the official social media pages of the South Korean musician posted a teaser image with a title reading, "Jung Kook: I Am Still." (sic)
What shocked everyone was the message that read, "Coming Soon to Cinemas!" (sic)
Well, this update left fans speculating about what it meant. Shockingly, the social media team didn't share any other information about the latest update.
Well, the update triggered confusion and fans have come up with several theories.
Comments like, "Explain Yourself" and "Wait What," started trending on X. BTS ARMY demanded an explanation as they are awaiting confirmation about Jungkook's next project.
While BTS ARMY is scratching clues to pick up hints about the upcoming project, CJ CGV, the South Korean Multiplex Cinema Chain, took to social media and shared the same dark-themed image teaser.
Well, this has left fans guessing that a solo documentary film of Jungkook will be out soon. If it is what fans are thinking, then Jung Kook: I Am Still” would visually memorialise the ambitious production process of his debut studio album, which came out in November 2023, capturing his “golden moments” as a solo artist.
Prior to his official solo debut, Jungkook was renowned for his self-directed and produced travel video series called “Golden Closet Films” (GCF). Moreover, another section of fans also speculates that the Korean artist will possibly revive the brand with this new project.
However, fans need to wait until an official clarification is issued by Jungkook's team.
