Bollywood juicy updates: From Ranveer Singh locked for Maddock's fantasy film to Shavari getting paired with Vicky Kaushal

Ranveer Singh, Allu Arjun, and Vicky Kaushal have been constantly in the limelight these last few weeks. From rumours about Allu Arjun doing Shaktimaan to Kartik Aaryan doing a Vanga movie, there have been tons of such gossip going around for some time now. While some may be true others may be just rumours.

Allu Arjun exits Vanga movie

Allu Arjun and Sandeep Reddy Vanga announced a project together in 2023. However, the latest buzz says that the Pushpa actor has left the Vanga movie due to commercial and schedule issues. The Kabir Singh director wanted to start working on this movie immediately after he wrapped shooting Spirit with Prabhas since Animal Park had been delayed.

Now Vanga is looking for leading Bollywood stars like Kartik Aaryan, Shahid Kapoor, or Vicky Kaushal to replace the Tollywood superstar. Most probably he will settle for Shahid Kapoor with whom he has already worked earlier. This will be a one of its kind love story.

Maddock is gearing up for multiple projects

After back to back success of Munjya and Stree 2 as well as Chhaava Maddock Films is one of the topmost production houses in Bollywood. And now it is coming out with multiple projects linked with its horror verse or a few that will be standalone movies.

Maddock to have multiple movies in its Fantasy Universe which will include Sreeleela and Veer Pahariaya’s next, and Ranveer Singh ’s fantasy movie with Manushi Chillar. Varun Dhawan and Sharvari Wagh have been locked for Luka Chuppi 2 whereas Ibrahim Ali Khan and Rasha Thadani have been roped in for a love story from Maddock.

There is a strong buzz that Laapataa Ladies fame Pratibha Ranta and Aneet Padda are the frontrunners to play the female leads in Dharma’s Naagzilla opposite Kartik Aaryan.

Other important movies gearing up for production

Sharvari Wagh and Vicky Kaushal will play the leads in Rajkumar Hirani’s next which will be a family entertainer. Ayushmann Khurrana has been roped in for Pati Patni Aur Woh 2 with Sara Ali Khan and Rasha Thadani as female leads. Sidharth Malhotra has given a nod for a love triangle with Ananya Panday and Sreeleela to be directed by Dream Girl director.

Ranbir Kapoor has multiple biggies

Apart from Love and War and Ramayana, Ranbir Kapoor also has said yes to Siddharth Anand’s action movie, and Anurag Basu’s next with T Series. That is why Animal Park has been delayed and Vanga is now looking to complete a movie in between with a Bollywood actor in the lead.
