The young star cast of the recently released OTT movie The Archies was on KBC 15 along with director Zoya Akhtar. Actors Agastya Nanda, Khushi Kapoor, Suhana Khan, Dot, Mihir Ahuja, Yuvraj Menda, and Vedang Raina shared the hot seat turn by turn and answered questions from the host Amitabh Bachchan.
Incidentally, Big B is also the maternal grandfather of Agastya Nanda and got emotional when he recalled holding baby Agastya when he was born. The veteran superstar enjoyed interacting with the younger lot. During the Super Sandook section, the trio of Vedang, Suhana Khan, and Zoya were asked a question related to Shah Rukh Khan.
The question was “Shah Rukh Khan has not yet received which of these honours?” And the given options were: 1. Padma Shri 2. Legion of Honour 3. L’Etoile d’Or 4. Volpi Cup. When Suhana gave a wrong reply saying Padma Shri, both Vedang and Big B were shocked. While an upset Vedang said, “How could you get that wrong?” Amitabh Bachchan wondered how a daughter cannot know which award her father has won. Incidentally, SRK was given Padma Shri in 2005 and the answer to this question was Volpi Cup.

A perplexed Senior Bachchan said, “Beti ko pata nahi hai ki pita ko kya mila hai. Keval baap ne itna hi bata ke bheja hai ki wo saamne baitha hai usne tumhare baap ka kirdaar adaa kiya hai. Toh unko bol dena ki bhaiyya jara aaram se sawaal pucho. Abhi itna aaram se sawaal pucha phir bhi uska jawab nahi de payi ye. “
The veteran actor was referring to the words said by Suhana Khan that her father (SRK) has said that since he (Amitabh) has played the character of his father in movies, he should ask easy questions to Suhana. What Amitabh said left the young actress embarrassed. In the movie The Archies, Suhana plays the role of Veronica Lodge whereas Agastya Nanda plays the title role of Archies.
