Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2: Harshaali Malhotra ready to do sequel

Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2 is generating immense buzz after eminent writer V Vijayendra Prasad and filmmaker Kabir Khan's latest revelations about the possibility of a sequel. While fans are wondering if Kareena Kapoor Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Harshaali Malhotra will be a part of the sequel, Bajrangi Bhaijaan's Munni has given her consent to be a part of Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2.

Harshaali Reminisces 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' Days

The movie recently clocked 10 years, but Harshaali's popularity continues as Bajrangi Bhaijaan's Munni. Harshaali, now 17, is gearing up for her Telugu debut with 'Akhanda 2: Thaandavam' alongside Nandamuri Balakrishna. 

She recently recalled her experiences on set with Salman and Kabir. 

With the release of the movie in 2015, Harshaali achieved stardom overnight. She won the hearts of movie lovers with her impressive performance as Munni.

Recently, Harshaali talked about Bajrangi Bhaijaan and said, "No matter how many movies I do, people will always call me and remember me as Munni, they have that image in their minds, and I’m happy with that.”

First Day, First Scene

Recalling her first day on set, Harshaali said, "My first day on set, I was a little nervous, but Kabir (Khan, director) sir and Salman sir both made me comfortable. They helped me understand everything. It all went very smoothly.”

Further, she shared about her first scene and said, "It’s the one where I am all dirty and stranded in old Delhi, where Munni meets Salman Sir’s character (Bajrangi) for the first time.”

Harshaali Ready To Do Sequel

While Kabir's recent revelations about Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2 have filled excitement among fans who are eagerly waiting for the sequel, Harshaali said, "If they call me for this film, then I will definitely go for the sequel!”

Salman Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan marked Harshaali Malhotra's debut. She was chosen from over 2000 children who had auditioned to play Munni. Notably, Harshaali was only five when she shot for Bajrangi Bhaijaan. And the rest is history.
