Palash Sen, the lead singer of the Delhi-based band Euphoria recently made some shocking revelations about the music shows and the current trend in the Indian music industry. The Maeri singer said that most of the reality shows on television are not real and the content is scripted.

During one of his recent interviews with a leading media portal, Palash Sen said that once when he and Daler Mehendi were judges on a reality show he had an argument with Daler because the Punjabi singer wanted to go along with the script while he was hellbent on fighting for the truth.

According to Palash, reality show makers eliminate a good singer to shock the viewers and get more viewership. He also said that there is only a handful of singers in India who do not lip-sync to recorded songs such as Sonu Nigam, Shankar Mahadevan, Daler Mehendi, Sunidhi Chauhan, Arijit Singh, and Vishal Shekhar.

Palash said that audiences should watch such reality shows like daily serials Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.
