Plus 2 admission process for Arts, Science and Commerce streams begins in Odisha

As per previous announcement, the admission process for admissions into plus 2 or class 12 has started in Odisha from today.

The Odisha Higher Education Department has invited online applications for admission into Class-XI of Arts, Science, Commerce, Upashastri and vocational streams in all Higher Secondary Schools (HSSs) of the State affiliated to CHSE and Shree Jagannath Sanskrit University, Puri, Odisha.

The students, who have successfully cleared their class 10 board examinations, are eligible to apply for the plus 2 streams in Arts, Science and Commerce streams, official sources said.

The entire admission process will be carried out through the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal of the Higher Education Department. The eligible students can apply through the official SAMS portal- www.samsodisha.gov.in.

The applicants have been advised to read the Common Prospectus (CP) carefully before filling the online Common Application Form (CAF). The last date for submission of on-line CAF is July 6, 2024. The first merit list is scheduled to be published on July 16.
