  • OJEE - 2021 was conducted across 30 districts in Odisha in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode for all the courses. The exam originally scheduled to be held in June was postponed in view of the Covid-19 pandemic situation.

The counselling session for the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) admissions will begin on Tuesday.

The web-based counselling session will be conducted for MBA, MCA, M.Tech, M.Arch, M.Pharm and Le-Tech (Diploma) courses.

Owing to the present COVID19 pandemic situation and government-imposed restrictions, counselling will be conducted online. 

The candidates are required to visit the official website of OJEE at ojee.nic.in or odishajee.com and apply for counselling with the required documents. 

Further, OJEE Chairman has informed that the counselling dates for other courses will be announced soon through advertisement.

The results of the OJEE 2021 were declared on Wednesday. Of total 65,763 candidates, only 49,360 candidates had appeared the entrance test which was held from September 6 to September 18, 2021. Out of them, 49,279 were allotted ranks in their corresponding courses as per their performance in the examination. 

While Piyush Chanduka became the B.Tech topper, Laxmi Priya Senapati emerged as the topper in B.Pharm. Similarly, Ashutosh Rath topped in MBA, and Nishikanta Parida bagged the top position in MCA.

OJEE 2021 was conducted in all 30 districts of the State and for the current academic year. Nine new places were added by the exam conducting body which included- Bhawanipatna, Nabarangpur, Boudh, Nuapada, Deogarh, Puri, Kendrapara, Malkangiri and Sonepur. The entrance exam was also conducted in three places outside Odisha- Patna, Ranchi and Kolkata.
