Question papers for the upcoming Plus II exam scheduled to begin on February 18 will be dispatched to the exam hubs today under tight security. The Council of Higher Secondary Exam (CHSE) is ensuring the smooth dispatch of a total of 208 exam hubs across Odisha.
The question papers are being routed through 10 carefully selected paths, with stringent security measures in place to ensure their safe delivery. This operation underscores the CHSE’s commitment to maintaining the integrity of the examination process.
“From today, the question papers will be dispatched to all the exam hubs across the state under tight security. The dispatch process will continue for three days starting today. Tight security has been put in place for the safe transport of the question papers,” informed Prashant Kumar Parida, a CHSE official.
“Commissionerate Police has provided armed personnel to guard the vehicles transporting the exam papers. Two police personnel will accompany our official staff. There is no question of any paper leak because all the question papers are in a 6-layer packing system. There is CCTV surveillance and everything will be done with video recording,” he added.
Worth mentioning, that more than 393,618 candidates are gearing up to sit for these exams, highlighting the significant participation in this academic endeavour. Today, the question papers will be dispatched for exams scheduled in the southern and western regions of Odisha.
The Odisha Plus Two examinations for 2025 are scheduled to begin on February 18 and conclude on March 27. The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) Odisha has released the timetable for all streams, including Science, Arts, Commerce, and Vocational studies.
The CHSE has issued specific guidelines for students appearing in the Plus Two exams. Candidates are advised to enter the examination centre 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam and occupy their allotted seats 15 minutes prior. Only admit cards and black ballpoint pens will be allowed inside examination halls. Students will receive question papers five minutes in advance and are instructed to report any errors immediately. The exams will be conducted under CCTV surveillance to ensure fair practices.
