The registration process for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) will begin on September 20, 2021. As per a notification issued on Saturday, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be conducting the 15th edition of CTET in CBT (Computer Based Test) mode between December 16, 2021 and January 13, 2022.

The exact date will be intimated on the admit card of the candidates, as per a report published in the Hindustan Times.

The CTET will be conducted in 20 languages across the country. A detailed Information Bulletin containing details of the examination, syllabus, languages, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination cities and important dates will be available on CTET official website https://ctet.nic.in from September 20, 2021.

The aspiring candidates can apply online only through CTET website and the online application-process will start from September 20, 2021.

The last date for submitting online applications is October 19, 2021 up to 23:59 hrs.

The fee can be paid up to October 20, 2021 (Wednesday) before 15:30 hours.

The application fee applicable for CTET Dec-2021 is as under:

1. General/OBC: Rs 1,000 for Paper 1 or 2 & Rs 1200 for both papers

2. SC/ST/Diff. Abled Person: Rs 500 for Paper 1 or 2 & Rs 600 for both papers.
