After Tina Dabi and Shrusti Deshmukh, IAS Ishita Kishore's UPSC mark sheet goes viral
The success story of IAS Ishita Kishore, who failed to clear prelims twice and went on to become the topper with AIR-1 on her third attempt, is undeniably inspiring for many aspirants. It was determination, consistency, passion, and a never-give-up attitude that made her emerge victorious even after tasting failures twice. Ishita cracked the UPSC exam, which is regarded as the toughest competitive exam in India, at the age of 26. Well, recently, Ishita Kishore's mark sheet has gone viral.
Ishita Kishore, a graduate of Economics from Delhi University's Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), previously was employed with a multinational company EC for two years.
However, she decided to quit her high-paying MNC job and started preparing for the Civil Services Exam (CSE). Even though she failed to qualify for the interview round in her first two attempts, she was determined. She dedicated 9 hours every day to her preparations. Finally, in 2023, she cracked the exam with All India Rank- 1 on her third attempt. Her mock UPSC Interview gained widespread attention and amassed over 1, 00, 000 views within hours of the results being announced.
Ishita Kishore's performance in the UPSC exam was remarkable. She scored 901 marks in the written examination and 193 marks in the personality test, for a total of 1,094 marks.
Recently, her marksheet has gone viral. Her scores in individual papers were as follows:
