Woman found hanging in Bhubaneswar apartment; family brings murder charges against husband

In a somber turn of events, a woman was found hanging under suspicious circumstances in her residence in Patia area, near Infocity police station in Bhubaneswar. The deceased has been identified as Tapaswini Mishra.

Tapaswini was found hanging in her residence, prompting her family members to allege foul play and accuse her husband of being responsible for her death. Acting on a complaint by the family members, police have taken the deceased’s husband Biswa Sampad into custody for interrogation. 

As per reports, Biswa is an engineer with a local IT company, while Tapaswini was an employee of the state government. Authorities are currently exploring various leads to determine the circumstances surrounding her death.

The Infocity police are actively pursuing inquiries into all possible aspects of the case. An officer involved with the investigation told reporters, 'We are looking into every possible angle and will ensure a thorough investigation.'
