Two persons critical in murderous attack in Odisha’s Sundargarh

Police detained three miscreants for allegedly attacking two persons at Sagadabhanga village under Koida Police limits of Sundargarh on Saturday. 

Sources said Trilochan Behera and his friend were returning home when they had a verbal duel with some youths having a booze party on the roadside. Later, they settled their dispute. 

When Trilochan along with his friend was sleeping in his house, some miscreants reached his house, entered forcefully, attacked both, and fled from the spot. 

On being informed, the police detained three youths for interrogation. 

“We had a quarrel with some youths who were having a booze party by the roadside. However, the matter was solved and we came to our house. We were sleeping when some youths broke into my house and vandalised the doors and set the furniture on fire. They also attacked us, causing injuries,” said Trilochan Behera.
