Intensifying the crackdown post the drug bust in mid-sea, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has made three more arrests in the case, taking the number of arrests to 11 including Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan .

As per national media reports, one of the accused, who has been arrested recently, belongs to Odisha. As per the reports, drugs have also been recovered from the accused in small quantities. The drug has been identified as Hydroponic Weed.

The Odisha man is one of the three passengers found in intoxicated condition on board the cruise. The other two are from Mumbai. Sources in the NCB said that information about the trio was given by the captain of the ship after they created ruckus in the ship post the NCB first raid while the ship was being brought to the shores. They also smashed a glass panel in the cruise, sources said.

Following the receipt of the information, a NCB team rushed and rounded up the trio. Though NCB is yet to reveal the identity of the accused, it said that the arrests were made after their names cropped up during the ongoing investigation into the case.

Sources said NCB has also detained 4 organizers and their statements are being recorded.

Earlier on Monday, the Mumbai court granted Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) the custody of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Seth Merchantt, and Munmun Dhamecha till October 7 in the cruise drugs bust case.

The NCB made the ninth and tenth arrest in the case yesterday based on the Whatsapp chats of the accused. The accused, including Shreyas Nair’s name had come up during the interrogation of Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Seth Merchantt.
