A woman, who is a faculty at AIIMS, Bhubaneswar, has alleged that she has been a victim of 'love, sex and dhoka' and that the police are doing nothing to award her justice.

The victim on Wednesday took the matter up with the Commissioner of Police.

While talking to media persons, she said she had lodged a complaint against one Ankit Agrawal at Khandagiri police station. “But the police are yet to take any action against him,” she alleged.

According to the complaint, Ankit, a businessman, had sent a follow request to the victim on Instagram. He started chatting with her while mentioning about his father’s ill health. A few days later, both started meeting each other and a relationship developed between them. They fell in love. “We were in a live-in relationship for three months. In between, I became pregnant. When I informed him about my pregnancy, he started torturing me mentally and physically,” she alleged.

It has been alleged that Ankit had forced the victim to terminate the pregnancy.

In this regard, neither the police nor Ankit has come up with their reaction.
