Suspicion Leads to a Sinister Plan

According to sources, the accused 23-year-old girl Prapti, who hails from Jamshedpur, was in a live-in relationship with the victim identified as Somnath of Bhubaneswar. On March 30, Somnath had an altercation with his live-in partner, suspecting her to be in another relationship with a boy.

Prapti then informed the matter to her elder sister who passed on the same message to her boyfriend Akash. On the same day, Akash with his three associates came in a car to the rented house of Somnath and abducted him forcefully. They confined the victim in a hotel near SUM Hospital, senior officials of the Commissionerate Police said.
