Cuttack shocker! College student gang-raped, six including boyfriend arrested 

Police on Thursday arrested six persons for allegedly gang-raping a college student repeatedly for several days in Cuttack. 

As per reports, the victim girl had celebrated her birthday with her boyfriend at a café in Purighat Police limits during Dussehra time. Her boyfriend secretly shot some obscene act. In this, the café owner, a resident of the Bharatpur area, helped him. 

Later, the café owner, her boyfriend and his friends called her to a house located in the Barang area. She was gang raped there. Later she was blackmailed with the video and raped repeatedly by the accused. in this regard, the victim lodged a complaint at Badambadi police station. The police launched a probe and arrested the accused.

The accused-three from the Jhanjarimangala area, one each from Barang, Bharatpur and Nayagarh - have been forwarded to court.
