Bhubaneswar Petrol pump employee attacked with axe

Panic gripped the petrol pump at Kalpana square in Bhubaneswar after a miscreant brandished an axe and attacked an employee of the filling station on Monday evening.

As per reports, the accused youth arrived at the fuel pump with an axe and terrorized the people on the spot. When the employees of the filling station tried to stop him, he chased and attacked one of them with a sharp weapon.

The employee was seriously injured in the attack and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.

When the accused tried to flee the spot, some locals overpowered him and handed him over to the Police.
