Armed Robbers Attack Woman, Loot House In Bhubaneswar; Victim Critical

A woman was seriously injured after she was allegedly attacked by two armed miscreants who burgled her house at Saheed Nagar in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday.

The injured woman has been admitted to the Capital Hospital in a critical condition, her husband said.

As per reports, the incident occurred in the afternoon. The two armed miscreants crashed into the victim's house at Jagannath Nagar Lane number 4 in Saheed Nagar.

The victim's husband said after gaining entry into the house, the armed robbers tied her up and took away gold ornaments and mobile phone before assaulting her with sharp weapons.

They then decamped with the booty.

The Saheed Nagar Police is still to speak on the incident.
