RBI Allows Offline Digital Payments, Capped At Rs 200 Per Transaction

In a much awaited decision, the Reserve Bank Of India (RBI) has released the framework for facilitating small value digital payments in offline mode. The move is seen as a major push towards digital transactions in rural and semi-urban areas.
