Bhopal: Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh on Thursday said the Madhya Pradesh government`s decision to reinstate two expelled Congress MLAs in a short span shows that it lacks "conviction".

The Legislative Assembly on July 18 disqualified Rakesh Singh and MLA Kalpana Parulekar for their "unruly behaviour" on floor of House. Their membership was, however, restored on July 27 through a resolution moved by the state parliamentary affairs minister Narottam Mishra.
