New Delhi: State-run oil marketing companies (OMCs) hiked the price of subsidised cooking gas, or LPG, effective from Thursday by Rs 2.07 per cylinder, while that of aviation turbine fuel (ATF) was cut by 3.7 per cent.

OMCs revise rates of LPG and ATF on the first of every month, based on global oil prices and the foreign exchange rate. With this seventh increase in rates in six months, a subsidised 14.2 kg cylinder now costs Rs 432.71 in Delhi, as against Rs 430.64 earlier.
