Rajahmundry(AP): Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy will launch the `Re 1-per-kg rice scheme` at East Godavari district today.
Reddy will launch the scheme during the Rachhbandha programme at Jaggamepet, an official release said.
Over 15 lakh people in the district would benefit due to the scheme, launched in Hyderabad on the occasion of A P Formation Day on Tuesday.
