Bulandshahr(UP): Union Minister Farooq Abdullah today said the Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) should be revoked in certain parts of Jammu and Kashmir with the approval of both Centre and state government.

With the collective consent of Centre and state government AFSPA should be withdrawn from some areas of the state, Abdullah, who is also president of ruling National Conference in Jammu and Kashmir, said on the sidelines of a function here.
