Eminent cartoonist R.K. Laxman, who created "The Common Man", has suffered multiple organ failure and his condition was "critical" late Sunday, family sources said

Pune: Eminent cartoonist R.K. Laxman, who created "The Common Man", has suffered multiple organ failure and his condition was "critical" late Sunday, family sources said.

The 95-year-old Laxman, a current employee of The Times Of India, was admitted to a private nursing home here Friday due to some kidney and chest-related issues.
