Chief Judicial Magistrate S C Mishra granted three-day transit remand of the two IM operatives Yasin Bhatkal and his associate Osadulla Akhtar alias Haddi.
The remand was granted after NIA produced the two in the court of CJM.
The two were brought to the court amid tight security late in the evening after prolonged interrogation by Bihar police and NIA team.
