Naveen rejigs team, new ministers take oath today

The rejig, though not completely unexpected, has taken many in the State unawares inasmuch as the CM has sought a total makeover of the team. In the past whenever such situations happened, the CM would change only a few faces in his team’ leaving the overall look and feel of the Ministry unchanged.
Ahead of the ‘Nabakalebara’, Naveen on Saturday asked all members of the Council of Ministers, Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the House to resign.
The new ministers will take oaths of office and secrecy today.
