1. Oil Your Hair Regularly for Deep Nourishment

8. Avoid Heat Styling Tools
Curlers, straighteners, and blow dryers cause more damage in winter because hair is already dry. If you must use them, apply a heat-protectant spray. Otherwise, let your hair air-dry naturally.
