The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) recently announced vacancies for the positions of Assistant Secretary, Accountant, Stenographer, Analyst and Junior Assistant among others.
While the submission of application for the posts began much earlier, tomorrow (December 16) is the last date to apply for the positions.
"Online Applications are invited for Direct Recruitment on All India Competitive Examination basis," read the Board's official notification.

There is relaxation in the upper age limit for PwBD (UR) candidates by 10 Years. Similarly, for PwBD (OBC(NCL) CENTRE LIST) 13 Years, PwBD (SC/ST) 15 Years, Ex-Servicemen (ESM) 05 Years for Group – A Posts and 03 Years for Group – B and C Posts
NOTE: Age relaxation is not admissible to sons, daughters and dependents of Ex-Servicemen. Therefore, such candidates should not indicate their category as Ex-Servicemen.
Moreover, there is relaxation in the age limit for SC/ST candidates by 5 Years and for 3 years for OBC candidates.
On appointment, candidates will get paid as per the 7th Central Pay Commission pay matrix.
