Viral Moment from Delhi Concert

During a recent concert in Delhi, Honey Singh found himself at the centre of online outrage. A clip from the live show quickly went viral, showing the rapper using abusive language while commenting on Delhi’s cold weather. He also spoke openly about making out during winter nights, making remarks that many found inappropriate for a public stage.

Shockingly, the singer went on to ask the audience to enjoy s*x inside cars during the chilly season and even advised them to use condoms. While the live crowd appeared to cheer enthusiastically, the reaction online was far less forgiving once the clip surfaced on social media.

Rise to Fame and Sudden Fall

Born Hardesh Singh Aulakh, Honey Singh shot to fame with his 2011 album International Villager, which made him one of the most sought-after music producers in the country. Bollywood hits like High Heels and Lungi Dance further cemented his superstar status.

However, in 2014, his prolific run came to an abrupt halt. Singh withdrew from public life due to worsening health issues linked to drug addiction and mental health struggles, including depression and bipolar disorder. Years of absence diluted his once-dominant presence in the industry.

A Career Shadowed by Controversies

Honey Singh’s journey has been riddled with controversies. His lyrics have often been criticised for misogyny, leading to FIRs and protest petitions, though some cases were later dismissed. Songs like Main Hoon Balatkari sparked outrage, even as Singh denied involvement.

Personal troubles added to the turmoil when his former wife Shalini Talwar filed domestic violence allegations in 2021. Professionally, disputes with fellow artists such as Raftaar and Badshah over credits further strained his image.
