Virat Kohli Calls Becoming A Dad The Greatest Moment Of His Life

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are on cloud nine ever since they welcomed their baby girl last month. They recently revealed they named her Vamika with an adorable family photo. Recently, he opened up on becoming a father and missing out on the landmark test series.

Virat had taken paternity leave during the India Vs Australian Test Series after the first test match to welcome his first child into the world. Calling becoming a father the greatest moment his life, he also shared his thought on the test match victory and Vamika. He said, “I don't think the two can be compared. To me becoming a father has been and will remain the greatest moment in my life. And that is something that has to be experienced to understand what I'm saying. Secondly, the connection to the team does not go away in any situation, especially when you've given everything for the team."

The cricketer will be back on the field with the England Vs India test match where Team India will be playing on the home ground.

Earlier, Anushka Sharma wrote a sweet note disclosing how life has become after welcoming their daughter Vamika. Virat Kohli had shared the news of the birth of their first child on Twitter while requesting everyone to respect the privacy of their family and their child.
